Welcome to the PAW Smart Home Web Site.

The Multi-Switch Alexa compatible devices have had a huge upgrade. Version 2.0 is now released and configuration of version 1.0 devices is no longer supported.

For this reason this web site is no longer providing a configuration service for Multi-Switch version 1.0 devices. Configuration of Multi-Switch version 2.0 devices is now handled fully through the PAW SmartHome mobile application. This application continues to support the use of version 1.0 devices but does not support the configuration of them. Configuration of version 1.0 devices is now a user controlled event and done via a browser.

Multi-Switch Version 2.0 Changes

The Multi-Switch version 2.0 board has been completely redesigned. This has resulted in the following features being added:

• Temperature and humidity can now be monitored from the location of the Multi-Switch.
• A new watchdog feature has been added to prevent device lockouts.
• Power input is now 12V or 5V. This brings it into line with most low voltage equipment like CCTV cameras.
• Automatic firmware updates are now done in the background.
• Device initialization is via bluetooth, using your mobile device.
• All updates to the device are automatically passed through to the Amazon Alexa service.

At the end of 2024 the new LED controller device, based on the Multi-Switch was released. In addition to the Multi-Switch features, it offers:

• Can control LED strips which are RGB, RGBW or just White.
• LED strips can be 12V or 5V.
• LED strip brightness can also be controlled.
• LED colour can be chosen from a fixed pallet, or a dynamically picked colour, using the SmartHome application.

The SmartHome application is already configured for setting up and controlling, the new lock devices, which will be released during 2025.

The PAW SmartHome application can be downloaded here. Note:

• It must be sideloaded onto your device. If you feel unhappy with this method of delivery, then unfortunately, the application is not for you. There are currently no plans to distribute the application via Google Playstore.
• The application is only compatible with Multi-Switch devices.
• The application is provided as is. No liability will be accepted for any damage caused through its use, or misuse.
